하나의 장소에는 모든 시간이 깃들어 있습니다. 모든 만남은 어떤 장소에서 비롯됩니다. 장소와 장소가 연결될 때, 이야기는 비로소 시작됩니다. 그렇기에 문학은 장소를 살피며 그곳에서 일어난 일들을 되짚어보고, 나아가 일어날 일을 예감하는 일이 될 수 있습니다. 세 명의 작가를 모시고 문학이 공간을 이해하는 방식에 대하여 듣고자 합니다.
All time inhabits a place. Every meeting begins in a place. When places connect, that’s when story begins. We can say that literature is about looking at places, witnessing what happened in these places, and foreseeing what will happen there. In this forum three writers will discuss ways literature helps us understand space.
