2000년 《문학과 사회》 봄호에 시를 발표하면서 등단했다. 시집 『일곱 개의 단어로 된 사전』, 『우리는 매일매일』, 『훔쳐가는 노래』, 『나는 오래된 거리처럼 너를 사랑하고』를 출간했고 김달진문학상, 젊은 시인상, 대산문학상, 현대문학상, 천상병 시문학상, 백석 문학상 등을 수상했다. 시집 이외에도 『천사들은 우리 옆집에 산다』, 『니체, 영원회귀와 차이의 철학』, 『문학의 아토포스』 등 다수의 저서가 있다. 시선집 『붉은 눈송이』가 부르노 뒤세 출판사에서 2016년 불어로, 『우리는 매일매일 We. Day by Day』이 White Pine Press에서 2018년 영어로 번역 및 출간되었다.
Jin Eun-young made her literary debut in the 2000 Spring issue of Literature and Society. Since then, she has published four poetry collections: A Dictionary Made of Seven Words, We, Day by Day, Stealing Away Song, and I Love You Like an Old Street. She received the Kim Daljin Literary Award, the Young Poets’ Award, the Daesan Literary Award, the Contemporary Literature Prize, the Cheon Sang-byeong Poetry Prize, and the Baekseok Literary Award. In addition to her poetry collections, she is also the author of Angels Live Next Door, Nietzsche and the Philosophy of Difference and Atopos of Literature. An anthology of poems Red Snowflakes was published in French in 2016 by Bruno Doucey Press, We, Day by Day was translated into English and published in 2018 by White Pine Press.
